Further Information on the Holiday Accommodation
Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit of £300 is payable
to Isabel Morgan before the holiday to France commences.
This will be returned to you within seven days of your
return from holiday less charges for any items not included
in the rent (e.g. electricity/gas/heating), and the
cost of any breakages. For exact details please see
individual property itinerary.
Arrivals and departures
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and the self
catering accommodation will be ready for you from 4:00
pm local time. Please do not arrive early, as time is
needed to thoroughly prepare the holiday accommodation
for you. You are asked to leave by 10:00 am on the day
of your departure so the property can be be prepared
for the next visitors. If your arrival is delayed please
ring the owner or the key holder to let them know so
arrangements for access can be made.
Travel arrangements
Isabel Morgan does not handle travel arrangements herself
but can give helpful advice to travellers if required. Low cost flights to the South of France are available from many airports. The nearest airport is Toulon which is just 40mins away, then Nice, 1.5 hours and Marseille only 2hours.

Linen hire at your Holiday Home in France
Linen is not usually provided at the accommodation.
You will need to take sheets, pillow cases, towels and
tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you
prefer, we can provide linen at a supplement, please
contact Isabel if this service is required. The linen
will be delivered to your timber lodge and will need to be
paid for locally.
Cleaning your Holiday Home in France
Final cleaning is included in your rental and will
be done on the day of your departure. However, this
does not include any personal cleaning such as washing
dishes etc... and the property must be left in a respectable
and tidy condition. If it is deemed that the cleaning
required surpasses the cleaning included in the rental,
a deduction will be made from the breakages deposit.
